How do I download and install the app?
Android: 1. Open the statwise app link in your browser (make sure this isn't facebook's in app browser) 2. Click the ellipsis (...) icon 3. Select 'Add to Home screen' 4. Select Add IOS: 1. Open the app link in Safari 2. Click Share 3. Click Add to Home screen 4. Tap Add Windows: 1. Open the app link in your browser 2. You will see a popup in your URL bar with an install app icon 3. Click the install icon
Do I need to create an account to use the app?
No, you can use the app for free without having an account. An account is only required for Pro Pass subscribers.
Is the app available for both iOS and Android devices?
Yes, Statwise apps are browser-based apps. So you can always access the site on your favourite browser with the option to install the app on IoS, Android and Windows devices.
How do I cancel my subscription?
1. Log into your account within the app 2. Navigate to the menu by clicking the Menu Button in the top right 3. Click on your profile in the bottom left corner 4. Click the 'Manage Subscription' button. This will navigate you to our billing page where you will need to login to your account. 5. Select the plan you wish to cancel and select Cancel Plan.
How often is the App updated?
Twice daily. We update it once after the games have finished for the day. It is updated again closer to the start of the games with data on betting markets.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes, absolutely.
